It all begins with small batch cooking.
After 10+ years working in hospitality, I understand that for me its more about a cooking connection then feeding the masses. I love to prepare meals after deep reflection by setting mindful intentions and treating every ingredient with integrity. With every meal I prepare, there is mindful connection during the entire process, from concept, to prep and execution. It is my belief that food does more than just nourish our bodies; it can connect people. For me, it’s an honor to share a meal that I prepare with one person, but to now have a vessel to feed more- it is a blessing. However, there is no rush to build a huge following, but an optimistic outlook to grow organically through small batch preparation.
This journey has been an incredible opportunity to remain true to who I am & honest about my purpose.

Fueled by passion and inspired by flavor creates an avenue for an endless culinary adventure. For me, Mexican cuisine is in my bloodline. I am first generation on my fathers side and I am overjoyed to share the culinary creations of Mexico. I also look forward to incorporating a few island flavors. There is an abundance of ingredients that are grown locally; fusions can be just right when created with love, purpose and intention.
